位于太行山脚下的工商银行沙河市支行，干部职工的积极性越来越高，各项工作越做越好，年年超额完成各项经济指标。该行作为总行级思想政治工作先进集体，他们是如何调动职工积极性的呢？我们在调查中发现，他们的做法主要有以下几点。
