往复式压缩机管道系统中的压力脉动是工作过程的组成部分。该压力脉动是在往复式压缩机的运行过程中产生,同时对运行有不利的影响。对工作过程最大的影响是在阀腔与缓冲器之间的区域。因为这种影响在很大程度上是不利的,故必须努力寻求适当的衰减。达到此目的的方法之一,是使压缩机的排气或吸气管子延长到缓冲器的空间里,并在这一段管子上钻孔。本文应用数字计算机的模似程序论述最佳孔眼参数的选择,其若干结果已用实验证实。这些结果表明,使脉动强度大大衰减而又不恶化气流条件是可能的。
Pressure pulsations in reciprocating compressor piping are part of the job. This pressure pulsation is generated during the operation of the reciprocating compressor and has an adverse effect on the operation. The greatest impact on the working process is in the area between the valve chamber and the bumper. Because this effect is to a large extent unfavorable, efforts must be made to find the appropriate attenuation. One way to do this is to extend the compressor’s exhaust or suction pipe into the bumper space and drill holes in this section of pipe. In this paper, we use digital computer simulation program to discuss the choice of the best aperture parameters, and some of the results have been experimentally confirmed. These results show that it is possible to greatly attenuate the pulsation intensity without worsening the airflow conditions.
