在批林批孔运动普及、深入、持久地发展大好形势下,为进一步贯彻落实毛主席“备战、备荒、为人民”的伟大战略思想,认真贯彻国务院(1974)69号文件,以及国家地震局云南昭通地震现场会议精神,省革委科技局于九月二十七日在太原召开了全省地震群测群防工作会议.出席会议的有各地、市和五十八个县(区)科技局的同志,有省地震队和各地震台的同志,有中学、气象站、社队和厂矿企业等在地震群测群防工作中做出一定成绩的单位和个人,有省教育局、气象局、地质局等有关单位的同志,共一百六十七人.国家地震局派了专人前来指导.会议期间,中共山西省委委员、省计委副主任贾云彪同志代表省委、省革委、省革委业务组到会做了指示.省科技局党委书记续纯实同志做了大会总结报告.省科技局副主任张赛周同志做了山西省地震群测群防工作开展情况及今后安排意见的报告.省地震
