集装箱装卸桥有时因起升调速系统失控发生坠箱事故。笔者根据物理学基本原理 ,采用可编程序控制技术 ,设计了一种新的安全保护装置。该装置应用于集装箱装卸桥的 PL C控制程序后具有过加速、过速度、过负荷、异常下降等保护功能 ,能防止坠箱事故 ,自动记录故障 ,进一步完善了集装箱装卸桥的安全保护系统 ,其中过加速保护是该系统中的一种新技术 ,实践证明效果良好 ,可应用于各种大型起重机械的安全保护系统。
Container loading and unloading bridge is sometimes out of control due to the lifting system out of control box accident. According to the basic principles of physics, the author adopts programmable control technology to design a new safety protection device. The device is applied to PL C control program of container loading and unloading bridge and possesses the functions of over acceleration, over speed, over load and abnormal descent to prevent accident from falling out and automatically record failure, thus further improving the safety protection system of container loading and unloading bridge, Among them, over-speed protection is a new technology in this system, which has proved to be effective and can be applied to the safety protection systems of various large-scale hoisting machines.
