从火灾调查实践出发,分析了新修订的《消防法》对公安机关消防机构火灾调查职责的调整,在阐述现行火灾调查工作存在机制性问题的基础上,提出了火灾调查模式改革的建议。
Based on the practice of fire investigation, this paper analyzes the adjustment of the newly revised “Fire Control Law” to the fire investigation duties of the fire department of the public security organ. On the basis of expatiating the existing problems of the fire investigation work, this paper puts forward some suggestions on the reform of the fire investigation mode.
