柴油机曲轴连杆轴颈的夹角影响着柴油机燃烧状态及整机性能的优劣,因而夹角的检测也是曲轴质量评定的重要项目之一。我厂从西德引进的MWM柴油机,曲轴连杆轴颈之间的夹角多为120°和180°,夹角为180°的测量比较简单直观,而夹角为120°的则需要通过一定的计算来满足测量的要求。为此,我们采用测高法来进行检测,也就是借助固定某一连杆轴颈的位置而测量其它连杆轴颈高度,得到的测高数值再折合换算成测角数值。
