1月22日,中国互联网络信息中心(CNNIC)发布第37次《中国互联网络发展状况统计报告》(以下简称为《报告》)。《报告》显示,截至2015年12月,中国网民规模达6.88亿,互联网普及率达到50.3%,半数中国人已接入互联网。同时,移动互联网塑造了全新的社会生活形态,“互联网+”行动计划不断助力企业发展,互联网对于整体社会的影响已进入到新的阶段。IT产业强势跃入我们的视野,也再一次领跑中国经济。然而,IT产业中频繁人才流动也成为其发展的“顽疾”。因其技术的通用性、同质性、新机会的存在,都为从业人员的跳槽提供了可能性。同时,IT从业者大部分处于青春期后,在事业上是积累的过程,需要寻求更多的机会,并随着自由选择的工程师文化,IT从业者的跳槽之风显得尤为普遍。本文试着从生涯适应力的角度,为新时期高校IT专业类学生的就业指导工作提出若干思考。
On January 22, China Internet Network Information Center (CNNIC) released the 37th Statistical Report on the Internet Development in China (hereinafter referred to as the “Report”). The Report shows that as of December 2015, the number of Internet users in China reached 688 million and the Internet penetration rate reached 50.3%. Half of the Chinese people have access to the Internet. At the same time, the mobile Internet has shaped a completely new social life style. The “Internet +” plan of action has continuously helped the development of enterprises. The impact of the Internet on the overall society has entered a new phase. IT industry strong into our horizons, but also once again lead the Chinese economy. However, the frequent flow of talent in the IT industry has also become its “stubbornness.” Because of its technical versatility, homogeneity, the existence of new opportunities, all provide the possibility for the job hopping. At the same time, IT practitioners, mostly in adolescence, are career-beating processes that require more opportunities and, with a freely chosen engineer culture, the job-hopping of IT practitioners is particularly prevalent. This article tries to put forward some suggestions on employment guidance of IT majors in colleges and universities in the new era from the perspective of career adaptability.
