为进一步规范语言文字和并为出版物提供准确、科学、合理的技术依据,国家技术监督局于近期颁布了《标点符号用法》、《出版物上数字用法的规定》和《汉语拼音正词法基本规则》等三项重要的国家标准。 GB/T 15834—1995《标点符号用法》目的在于使人们正确掌握标点符号的用法,以准确表述文意、推动汉语书面语言的规范化。标准规定了16种常用标点符号的名称、形式和用法,并举例作了说明。我国行政管理部门曾于1951年公布了《标点符号用法》,经过多年实践后于1990年发布了修订后的《标点符号用法》,该标准是在此基础上制定的。
In order to further standardize the language and provide accurate, scientific and reasonable technical basis for the publication, the State Bureau of Technical Supervision recently promulgated the “Punctuation Usage”, the “Provisions on the Use of Numbers in Publications” and the “Basic Principles of Hanyu Pinyin Rules ”and other three important national standards. GB / T 15834-1995 The purpose of “Punctuation Usage” is to enable people to correctly grasp the usage of punctuation to accurately represent the meaning of text and to promote the standardization of Chinese written language. The standard provides the name, form and usage of 16 commonly used punctuation marks, and gives an example to illustrate. The administrative department of our country once published the Usage of Punctuation Symbols in 1951, and after years of practice, released the revised Usage of Punctuation Symbols in 1990 on the basis of which the standard was formulated.
