目的了解农贸市场禽类档禽流感防控管理情况和禽类从业人员自我防护的现况。方法采用多阶段抽样的方法抽取广佛肇三地40家农贸市场,通过自制调查表面对面访谈和现场观察法调查禽类销售档禽流感防控信息。结果共调查广佛肇6个区(县)40个市场的336个禽类档,按照“一天一清洗”和“一周一消毒”实施的档分别为55.95%(188/336)和73.21%(246/336),不同地区市场禽类销售档的清洗措施的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);有313个禽类销售档可以提供禽类检疫证,出示率为93.15%;276个混合销售档抽风设备的安装率为72.10%(199/276)。禽类售卖人员戴口罩仅有17.56%(59/336),其中正确佩戴率77.97%(46/59)。调查对象坚持每天工作时手套穿戴率、接触家禽或其排泄物后的洗手率分别为42.86%(144/336)和67.86%(228/336)。结论禽类销售市场在市场管理上未能严格按照禽流感防控管理的要求来实施,禽类销售档的布局设置、通风设施以及禽类从业人员防护方面存在隐患,需加强市场的禽流感防控工作的管理。
Objective To understand the prevention and control of poultry bird flu in the farmers market and the self-protection status of poultry workers. Methods A total of 40 farmer’s markets in Guangfo-Zhaozhao were sampled by multi-stage sampling method. The prevention and control information of bird flu in poultry was investigated through interviews and on-the-spot interviews. Results A total of 336 poultry stalls in 40 markets in 6 districts (counties) of Guangfo County were surveyed, and 55.95% (188/336) of them were executed according to the “one day one wash” and the “One week one week disinfection” 73.21% (246/336) respectively. There was a significant difference in cleaning measures for poultry sales stalls in different markets (P <0.01). There were 313 poultry sales documents that could provide poultry quarantine certificates with a presentation rate of 93.15% and 276 mixed Sales gear exhaust installation rate was 72.10% (199/276). Only 17.56% (59/336) of the mascots were sold by the poultry salesman, of which the correct wearing rate was 77.97% (46/59). The respondents’ adherence to glove wear rates for daily work, hand hygiene rates after exposure to poultry or their excreta were 42.86% (144/336) and 67.86% (228/336), respectively. Conclusion The market for poultry is not implemented strictly in accordance with the requirements of bird flu prevention and control. The layout of poultry sales stalls, ventilation facilities and the protection of poultry workers are in danger. It is necessary to strengthen the prevention and control of bird flu in the market management.
