新生儿胃食管反流(gastroesophageal reflux,简称GER)是指胃食管反流综合征,是由于全身或局部原因引起食管下端括约肌功能不全,胃内容物反流入食管的一种常见临床表现,并可引起严重的并发症,在新生儿是十分常见的现象,尤其是早产儿,也是新生儿呕吐最常见的原因。我院对自2007年1月～2009年12月收治的新生儿胃食管反流48例,在饮食、采取的体位等综合治疗的基础上,口服吗丁啉治疗,取得了满意的效果,现报道如下。
