教师的成长离不开专业的引领、同伴的互助以及自身的实践探索。教育主管部门搭建多种平台引领教师专业化成长,赛课就是其中最常见的一种。但赛课往往是借班上课,老师不了解学情,无法将课前预习纳入教学计划。而有效预习又恰恰是学习知识一个不可缺失的部分。缺少课前预习的赛课,往往会使课堂预设与实际生成有很大的偏差。本文将通过对现状的研究,结合赛课实例,谈一谈课前预习的探索。一、目前初中英语赛课课前预习缺失的原因
