用CO_2激光治疗尖锐湿疣,具有疗程短,效果可靠,术后不感染,容易掌握等优点,值得推广。现报告如下:1 临床资料本组患者52例,男20例,女12例,年龄22～58岁,平均33.5岁,全部患者均有不洁性交史,潜伏期为1～12个月,平均2～3个月,CO_2激光手术后将尖锐湿疣的标本送病理学检查,结果均符合尖锐湿疣诊断。临床表现,在治游史的2～3个月,先在外阴、肛门附近出现细小淡红色丘疹,后逐渐增大加多,表面凹凸不平,湿润柔软,呈乳头状或菜花样突起,红色或淡灰色,根部常有蒂、易糜烂、出血渗液,皮肤裂缝间常有脓性分泌物,有搔痒
