用摩根森统计方法对筛分机筛分过程进行模拟。为此,简单设想如下几点:筛子抛射次数跟筛子长度相似;物料在按矩阵排列的筛孔上分岔;各颗粒之间没有相互的影响;筛子不进行振动。颗粒组成,用从 d/L=0.05到 d/L=0.5范围内所分成的10种粒度来表示。在筛子长度为16个筛孔,筛板为5层,筛子倾角为β=60°时,筛分点已达到 d_(?)/L=0.27;同时,筛分精度则已达到0.75。
Mersenne's statistical method was used to simulate the sifting process.
