目的探讨布地奈德福莫特罗粉吸入剂治疗轻中度哮喘急性发作期患者的临床效果及安全性。方法选取河南理工大学一附院焦作市第二人民医院2014年11月—2016年3月收治的轻中度哮喘急性发作期患者76例,随机分为对照组和观察组,各38例。对照组患者给予沙丁胺醇气雾剂缓解治疗,观察组患者给予布地奈德福莫特罗粉吸入剂缓解治疗。而后两组患者均采用布地奈德福莫特罗粉吸入剂进行维持治疗,均持续治疗8周。比较两组患者哮喘控制程度、不良反应发生情况及治疗前后生活质量评分(躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能、物质功能)。结果观察组患者哮喘控制程度优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗前,两组患者躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能、物质功能评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组患者躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能、物质功能评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论布地奈德福莫特罗粉吸入剂治疗轻中度哮喘急性发作期患者的疗效明显,可有效控制哮喘程度,改善患者的生活质量,且安全性较高。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect and safety of Formoterol Formoterol powder inhaler in the treatment of mild-moderate asthma exacerbation. Methods Totally 76 patients with acute exacerbation of mild to moderate asthma admitted to Second Affiliated Hospital of Jiaozuo City from November 2014 to March 2016 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 38 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were treated with salbutamol aerosol and patients in the observation group were given budesonide formoterol powder inhaler. The two groups were treated with budesonide formoterol powder inhaler for 8 weeks. The degree of asthma control, the incidence of adverse reactions and the quality of life before and after treatment were compared between the two groups (body function, psychological function, social function, material function). Results The degree of asthma control in observation group was better than that in control group (P <0.05). Two groups of patients with adverse reactions, the difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05). Before treatment, there was no significant difference between the two groups in physical function, mental function, social function and physical function score (P> 0.05). After treatment, the body function, psychological function, social function and material function score of the observation group were high In the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The efficacy of budesonide formoterol powder inhaler in the treatment of mild to moderate acute asthma exacerbation patients is obvious, which can effectively control the degree of asthma and improve the quality of life of patients with high safety.
