在提倡素质教育的新环境下,学生的思想观念和道德修养越来越受到社会的关注和重视,因此,通过德育教育,培养学生的思想道德素质,塑造学生的健全人格,成为提高教育质量的必要手段。本文通过简要分析开展德育教育的重要性,指出中职班主任开展德育教育的有效途径,以期能够提高中职班主任的管理水平,促进学生的全面健康发展。
