研究了西大洋水库的浮游植物及其对水质的评价。共鉴定浮游植物211种,隶属7门、37科、72属。其中,绿藻门最多,15科、30属、92种;硅藻门次之,9科、21属、75种;金藻门最少,1科、1属、2种。细胞密度平均值为12.5×104L-1,水库中心最高,为20.6×104L-1,唐河水入库口最低,为6.7×104L-1。利用指示生物、细胞密度、Margalef多样性指数、Shannon-Weaver多样性指数、Simpson多样性指数及绿藻商等生物学方法评价其水质,结果相一致,水质较清洁。
Phytoplankton in the Western Ocean Reservoir and its evaluation of water quality were studied. A total of 211 species of phytoplankton were identified, belonging to 7 departments, 37 families and 72 genera. Among them, Chlorophyta is the most, 15 families, 30 genera and 92 species; Bacillariophyta followed by 9 families, 21 genera and 75 species; Chrysophyta at least, 1 family, 1 genus, 2 species. The average cell density was 12.5 × 104L-1, the highest in the reservoir center was 20.6 × 104L-1, and the lowest in Tanghe water storage was 6.7 × 104L-1. The water quality was evaluated by biological methods such as biological indicators, cell density, Margalef diversity index, Shannon-Weaver diversity index, Simpson diversity index and green algae quotient. The results were consistent and the water quality was cleaner.
