1情况与问题1.1全省制种面积呈恢复性增长制种基地主要集中在经济欠发达区域,农户具有较高的积极性。调研的5个县(市、区)均为我省制种大县,2012年5县杂交水稻制种面积达1.2万hm2,占全省制种面积的37%,对5个基地县138名制种农户问卷调查显示,130户表示愿意从事杂交水稻制种,占调查总数的94.2%,71%的农户认为制种收入在家庭收入中占重要位
1 Circumstances and Problems 1.1 The Seed Production Area of the Province Has a Restorative Growth The seed production bases are mainly concentrated in the economically underdeveloped areas and the farmers have higher enthusiasm. The five counties (cities and districts) under investigation were large-scale seed production in our province. In 2012, the hybrid rice seed production in 5 counties reached 12,000 hm 2, accounting for 37% of the total seed production area in the province, Questionnaire survey of seed production shows that 130 households are willing to engage in hybrid rice seed production, accounting for 94.2% of the total number of surveys. 71% of farmers consider that the income from seed production plays an important role in household income
