SS_3型电力机车在各牵引电动机支路设线路接器1~6xc,它确保在调压开关回“0”前断支路,使位置开关在1~6xc断开后转换,有效地避免了由于电机剩磁所引起的不良后果。但SS_3型机车线路接触器由于自身的原因在各运用段都发生了线路接触器烧损的惯性故障。我段自89年3月SS_3型机车投入运用至90年5月共烧损线路接触器108个,直接经济损失近10万元,严重影响了机车的正常运用。一、通过分析我们认为线路接触烧损的原因为如下三个方面 1.线路接触器动、静触头片采用铜质固定螺栓,其抗拉强度小,在动触头的闭合冲击力的作用下引起拉伸变形,使紧固的触
