研究了高价铜、铁离子对沸腾的酸性介质中钛管的缓蚀保护作用.结果表明,在40%Al2(SO4)3溶液中,当铜离子浓度达到0.01%(wt)时,可使钛的腐蚀率降到0.1mm/a以下,在pH=1的沸腾稀硫酸溶液中,当铜离子浓度达0.03%或铁离子浓度达0.01%时,可使钛管的腐蚀率降到0.02mm/a以下.
The corrosion inhibition effect of high-priced copper and iron ions on titanium tubes in boiling acidic media was studied. The results show that the corrosion rate of titanium can be reduced below 0.1mm / a when the concentration of copper ions reaches 0.01% (wt) in 40% Al2 (SO4) 3 solution. Sulfuric acid solution, when the copper ion concentration of 0.03% or iron ion concentration of 0.01%, the corrosion rate of titanium can be reduced to 0.02mm / a or less.
