Many critics have talked about the techniques of the older masters of the painting circles, some of them actually do, and some of them are only the speculation of these critics. The paintings, frescoes and Tempempura techniques of the various schools detailed by these critics mostly stayed around the eighteenth century. The traditional techniques of nineteenth-century painting masters were almost avoided. Many of the first few centuries have been extensively detailed and the informative essays deal mainly with the techniques of painting; by the nineteenth century painting techniques became increasingly numerous and dazzling. The workshop system that taught apprenticeship lasted from the Middle Ages until the 17th century. In the 19th century, more and more painters tended to go their own ways to explore or rediscover their own painting skills.
