在钢铁基体上涂覆锌铬膜后在120℃烘干,再用一种富锌环氧树脂漆进行涂覆就可以得到富锌有机涂层钢板。这种钢板涂层具有高耐蚀性、高延展性、好的导电性等性能。把此过程应用于卷材生产线上,就可以得到防腐性能非常优异的预涂卷材,同时能大大提高金属涂覆的效率。本文介绍了富锌有机涂层钢板的制作工艺及涂层的结构,并讨论了这种复合有机涂层的性能。
Zinc-chromium coated steel substrate after 120 ℃ drying, and then a zinc-rich epoxy resin coating can be obtained zinc-rich organic coated steel. This steel coating with high corrosion resistance, high ductility, good conductivity and other properties. Applying this process to the web production line results in precoated webs with excellent corrosion protection while greatly improving the efficiency of metal coating. This paper introduces the manufacturing process of zinc-rich organic coated steel and the structure of the coating, and discusses the performance of the composite organic coating.
