1.富外孕 妊娠早期突然出现下腹部持续性腹痛,并伴有恶心呕吐、面包苍白、昏厥、头晕和欲大便的感觉。这是妇科急症,应立即去医院就诊。 2.葡萄胎 表现为妊娠早期或中期子宫增长过快,与妊娠月份不符,并伴有阴道少量流血,既无胎音也无胎动。 3.胎儿死亡 增大的子宫及腹部变小,胎动消失,数天后孕妇口臭,全身疲乏无力。
