随着新产品的设计,对刻度格值精度提出了越来越高的要求,许多单位都在努力改进刻划设备和工艺措施,建立新的精密定位技术,实现数字化,甚至数控装置。但就刻划来说,除了精密定位外,刻度格值的精度在很大程度上还受刻划执行机构,即刀架的影响(这里假定设备的恒温、消震、调试和零件的蚀刻等种种工艺因素都符合条件的话)。刀架的影响主要是直线性和重复精度,前者主要影响线纹质量,后者是直接失去定位精度的因素。因此,高精度的定位装置,必须配以高精度的刻划刀架,才能得到总的精密刻划效果。
