研究了不锈钢紧固件用SUS304M盘条的在线固溶热处理工艺,通过实验室和工业性试验结果,制定了SUS304M盘条的在线固溶处理工艺,在大生产中应用,达到了预期效果。
The online solution heat treatment process of SUS304M wire rod for stainless steel fasteners was studied. The online solid solution treatment technology of SUS304M wire rod was worked out through laboratory and industrial test results, which was applied to large-scale production and achieved the expected results.
