研究了国内现代电弧炉炼钢高效化的电能消耗和能量消耗的状况。研究中选取了3家有代表性的特钢生产企业,2个对比年度的电弧炉炼钢及其前后步5个工序的原料和介质消耗数据约12 000个,计算烧结、高炉炼铁、直接还原铁、炼钢、轧钢5个工序的电耗和能耗值,还定义了这5个工序的电耗、能耗加权值为全流程的电耗、能耗值。结果表明,近年来国内电弧炉炼钢炉料结构增加热铁水后,虽然生产效率提高,并且炼钢工序吨坯电耗、能耗和全流程吨坯电耗均有明显降低,但全流程吨坯能耗却大幅度上升。
The status of energy consumption and energy consumption in modern domestic electric arc furnace steelmaking was studied. Three representative steel producers were selected in the study.
