由于油稠、集输管线长和管线输送液量增加等原因造成井口回压高,而井口回压关系着井口产液量、抽油设备能耗、抽油设备使用年限等问题。针对目前孔店油田的这些生产实际情况,通过优化油田的地面集输管网、利用油气混输技术、降低集输系统末端压力等方法,降低了油田开发过程中地面工艺系统出现的高回压问题。对提高油田工艺技术水平和开发效益,确保油田的长期稳产具有重要指导意义。
The wellhead back pressure is high due to the thick oil, the length of the gathering and transporting pipeline, and the increase of the amount of fluid delivered by the pipeline. The wellhead back pressure is also related to the problems of fluid production at the wellhead, energy consumption of pumping equipment and service life of pumping equipment. According to the actual situation of these production in Kongdian Oilfield, by optimizing the ground gathering and transportation network in the oilfield, using oil and gas mixing technology and reducing the terminal pressure of the gathering and transportation system, the high backpressure of the ground process system in the oilfield development process is reduced problem. It has important guiding significance for improving the technology level of oilfield, developing the benefit and ensuring long-term stable production of the oilfield.
