通过对我局工务部门“七五”工作的回顾和“八五”规划的落实情况分析，提出了我局工务工作的“九五”设想，为“九五”规划的制定提供了充分的依据．
Through the review of the “Seventh Five-Year” work of the Administration’s Public Works Department and the implementation of the “Eighth Five-Year Plan”, I proposed the Ninth Five-Year Plan of the Public Affairs Work of the Bureau and provided sufficient basis for the formulation of the Ninth Five-Year Plan .
