目的:研究急性一氧化碳中毒后迟发性脑病(DEACMP)的诱发电位(EP)改变.方法:对28例DEACMP患者进行体感诱发电位(SEP)、视觉诱发电位(VEP)、脑十听觉诱发电位(BAEP)检查.结果:SEP、VEP、BAEP异常率分别为78%、69%和32%.SEP中的P40、N50、P60、N75潜伏期(PL)明显延长(P<0.05).VEP的P100PL显著延长(P<0.05).BAEP的Ⅰ、Ⅲ、Ⅴ波PL及Ⅰ-Ⅲ、Ⅲ-Ⅴ、Ⅰ-Ⅴ峰间期(IPL)无显著改变(P>0.05).结论:EP结合临床对DEACMP的定位诊断、病情判断和预后评估有一定意义.
Objective: To study the changes of evoked potentials (EP) of delayed encephalopathy (DEACMP) after acute carbon monoxide poisoning. Methods: The somatosensory evoked potentials (SEP), visual evoked potential (VEP), and brain ten auditory evoked potentials (BAEP) were examined in 28 patients with DEACMP. Results: The abnormal rates of SEP, VEP and BAEP were 78%, 69% and 32% respectively. P40, N50, P60, N75 latency (PL) in SEP were significantly prolonged (P <0.05). V100 P100PL significantly prolonged (P <0.05). There was no significant change in PL, Ⅰ-Ⅲ, Ⅲ-Ⅴ and Ⅰ-Ⅴ interphase (IPL) of Ⅰ, Ⅲ and Ⅴ waves in BAEP group (P> 0.05). Conclusion: EP combined with clinical diagnosis of DEACMP positioning, disease judgment and prognosis of a certain significance.
