长征Ⅲ-160型架桥铺轨机是我国新一代铁路架铺设备,整机为全液压驱动,使用中其吊重行车曾发生过“爬行”现象。行车吊梁向前走行要求很平稳,并能精确地停在所需位置, 如发生爬行,梁体就有可能撞击0~#柱,从而造成严重后果。 走行部分液压系统如图所示,行车由一台A7V55EL2.ORPFOO型斜轴式轴向柱塞泵作为供油主液压泵,它通过比例电磁铁来控制流量。但主液压泵在起动时,当压力为零或流量很小时,需要有控制压力才能起动主液压泵。控制液压泵是一台YB_1-4型叶片泵。起动时,先起动控制液压泵,由它控制主液压泵起动,待主泵建立起压力后再靠主泵的压力来控制比例电磁铁,从而控制主液压泵。

However, the main hydraulic pump at start-up, when the pressure is zero or flow is small, the need to have control pressure to start the main hydraulic pump. The control hydraulic pump is a YB_1-4 type vane pump. Start, the first start controlling the hydraulic pump, starting it by controlling the main hydraulic pump to start until the main pump to establish the pressure and then by the pressure of the main pump to control the proportional solenoid to control the main hydraulic pump.
