为便于对牛奶掺假现象进行经常性的卫生监测,作者采用从黄豆粉中提取的脲酶液与氨气敏电极相结合的酶联电极法测定牛奶中尿素含量并获满意结果。该方法的线性范围为2.1~2.1×103μg尿素/ml,检出限为2μg/ml,回收率范围为95.3%~101.0%,相对标准偏差为1.5%~3.9%,与二乙酰一肟-硫代氨基脲比色法测定结果比较,差异无显著性。测得市售牛奶的尿素含量为152.2~288.5μg/ml,与文献报道值一致。该方法不使用有毒试剂,仪器设备低廉,操作简便快速,结果准确可靠,可不经分离直接测定牛奶中的尿素含量,值得推广使用。
In order to facilitate regular hygiene monitoring of the adulteration of milk, the author used the enzyme-linked electrode method combining the urease solution extracted from soybean powder and ammonia gas sensing electrode to determine the urea content in milk and obtained satisfactory results.
