目的探讨血液净化治疗多器官功能障碍综合征(MODS)临床疗效。方法对2003—2006年抚顺市中心医院救治的22例不同原因导致的 MODS 患者,比较治疗前后患者的肝功能、肾功能、心肌酶、总胆红素、纤维蛋白原、C 反应蛋白及临床症状改善程度。结果患者在治疗后意识障碍、胸闷、腹胀、黄疸等症状明显改善,生化指标逐渐恢复正常,与治疗前相比,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论血液净化治疗能清除 MODS 患者体内炎性细胞因子,恢复内环境的稳定,在 MODS 患者抢救中起关键作用。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of blood purification in treating multiple organ dysfunction syndrome (MODS). Methods Twenty-two patients with MODS who were treated by Fushun Central Hospital from 2003 to 2006 were enrolled in this study. Their liver function, renal function, myocardial enzymes, total bilirubin, fibrinogen, C-reactive protein and clinical symptoms were compared before and after treatment Degree of improvement. Results After treatment, the symptoms such as disturbance of consciousness, chest tightness, abdominal distension and jaundice were obviously improved, and the biochemical indexes gradually returned to normal. There was a significant difference between before and after treatment (P <0.05). Conclusion Blood purification treatment can clear the inflammatory cytokines in vivo and restore the stability of the internal environment in MODS patients, which plays a key role in the rescue of MODS patients.
