1999年7月29日,中国证券监督管理委员会(以下简称“证监会”)发布了《关于进一步完善股票发行方式的通知》(证监发行字[1999]94号,以下简称《通知》),现就法人配售股票有关问题通知如下:一、国有企业、国有资产控股企业、上市公司所开立的股票帐户,可用于配售股票,也可用于投资二级市场的股票。但在二级市场买入又卖出或卖出又买入同一种股票的时间间隔不得少于6个月。
