本来一般用水法处理氧化铜矿,以硫酸来浸出提铜是最适用和最有效的方法。但根据其他厂矿的生产情况来看,这样铜的成本较高,更重要的是又由于前(?)供应较困难,因此,我们根据原矿性质;孔雀石(CuCO_(?)Cu(OH)_2)蓝铜矿(Cu_3[CO_3]_2[OH]_2),同时品位较低(0.5—1%),便采用了硫酸盐化焙烧,开始是加硫磺混合焙烧,后来又由于硫磺的缺乏,供应不上成本太贵,所以我们对用黄铁矿(FeS_2)代硫磺(S)焙烧进行了大胆的试验,经过试验效果良好,现已正式用于生产。
