目的了解张家港市学校餐饮具消毒状况,为进一步加强学校食品卫生监管提供依据。方法按照《食(饮)具消毒卫生标准》(GB14934—94),对张家港市2010—2013年学校餐饮具进行消毒效果监测。结果2010—2013年共监测各类餐饮具4748份,总合格率为96.2%,不同年度的合格率均达95%以上;不同类别学校的监测合格率有差异,公办学校的监测合格率优于民工学校。结论应进一步加强对民工学校的日常监管与技术指导,提升全市学校食品卫生工作总体水平,更好地保障广大师生的饮食饮水卫生。
Objective To understand the disinfection status of school tableware in Zhangjiagang City and provide the basis for further strengthening the supervision of school food hygiene. Methods According to “food (drinking) with disinfection health standards” (GB14934-94), Zhangjiagang City 2010-2013 school tableware disinfection monitoring. Results A total of 4 748 tableware were monitored during 2010-2013, with a total pass rate of 96.2%. The pass rates in different years reached more than 95%. There were differences in the monitoring pass rates between different types of schools. The pass rate of monitoring in public schools was superior to that of public schools Migrant School. Conclusion It is necessary to further strengthen the routine supervision and technical guidance to migrant schools, improve the overall level of food hygiene in schools in the whole city, and better ensure the hygiene of drinking water for teachers and students.
