可蒙(集团)公司是以生产经营“可蒙”“孩儿面”化妆品为主业的企业。在激烈的市场竞争中,他们不断调整营销思路,着力于质量管理,不断开发新产品,从而使该公司产品市场不断拓展,年销售额不断上升,1993、1994两年销售额分别净增一亿元以上,近三年销售额平均增长61%、上缴税收平均增长40%、年创利税1亿元。1996年创销售收入86617万元的新高。最近,笔者得知可蒙(集团)公司又跻身于全市工业企业集团50强之列的消息,欣然前往,就如何抓企业质量管理、不断开拓市场的话题,采访了该公司总经理夏林玉。
Kemeng (Group) Co., Ltd. is an enterprise mainly engaged in production and operation of “Kai Meng” and “Baijing” cosmetics. In the fierce market competition, they constantly adjust their marketing ideas, focus on quality management, and constantly develop new products. As a result, the company’s product market continues to expand and its annual sales increase. In 1993 and 1994, sales increased by a net 100 million each. Above RMB, the average sales growth in the past three years was 61%, the average tax payment increased by 40%, and the annual profit-making tax was 100 million yuan. In 1996, it achieved a record high of 866.17 million yuan in sales revenue. Recently, the author learned that Co., Ltd. was among the top 50 industrial enterprises in the city, and was pleased to visit Xia Linyu, the general manager of the company, on how to grasp quality management and continuously expand the market.
