品管圈在急诊科护理质量管理中的应用效果

目的:探讨品管圈在急诊科护理质量管理中的应用效果。方法:选取浙江省湖州市中心医院急诊科20名护理人员为研究对象,成立品管圈活动小组,随机选取2014年5月~2015年4月实施品管圈活动前的130例患者为对照组,以2015年5月~2016年4月开展品管圈活动后的130例患者作为观察组,比较实施品管圈活动前后护理质量情况与患者满意度。结果:观察组的护理意外事件发生率、护理并发症发生率均明显低于对照组(P<0.05),基础护理合格率、护理文书书写合格率以及一级及以上护理合格率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),即观察组的护理质量显著高于对照组(P<0.05);对照组患者满意度为67.69%,观察组患者满意度为93.08%,观察组患者的总满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:品管圈活动能够显著提急诊科护理管理质量及患者家属满意度。 Objective: To explore the effect of quality control circle in the quality management of emergency department nursing. Methods: Twenty caregivers in emergency department of Central Hospital of Huzhou City, Zhejiang Province were selected as the research object, the quality control circle activity group was set up, and 130 patients before the quality control circle activity were randomly selected from May 2014 to April 2015 as the control group , 130 patients after conducting QC activities from May 2015 to April 2016 as the observation group to compare the quality of care and patient satisfaction before and after the quality control activities. Results: The incidence of nursing accidents and nursing complications in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). The pass rate of basic nursing, the pass rate of nursing documents and the pass rate of first-class and above nursing care were significantly higher than those of the control (P <0.05). The nursing quality of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). The satisfaction of the control group was 67.69%, the satisfaction of the observation group was 93.08%, and the total satisfaction of the observation group was significant Higher than the control group (P <0.01). Conclusion: Quality control activities can remarkably improve the quality of nursing management and the satisfaction of family members.
