作者采用特殊的腐蚀剂,显示轴承钢的奥氏体实际晶粒度。运用金相法研究了不同预处理对GCr15轴承钢“混晶”的影响。结果为:预处理对GCr15轴承钢的奥氏体本质晶粒度有明显的影响。例如:对于所谓“本质细晶粒”的GCr15钢,经特殊预处理之后,在900℃加热保温1h,发生了奥氏体晶粒的异常长大。试验表明:GCr15轴承钢奥氏体化时,碳化物同时大量地溶解之刻,往往亦是晶粒异常长大发生之时。奥氏体化所得起始晶粒愈细小而不均匀,继续保温时愈易发生严重的晶粒异常长大。
The author uses a special etchant that shows the actual grain size of austenite in the bearing steel. Metallographic method was used to study the effect of different pretreatment on the “mixed crystal” of GCr15 bearing steel. The results are as follows: The pretreatment has a significant effect on the austenite grain size of GCr15 bearing steel. For example, for the so-called “fine grain” GCr15 steel, after special pretreatment, heated at 900 ℃ for 1h, the abnormal growth of austenite grains occurred. Experiments show that: GCr15 bearing steel austenitizing, while a large number of carbides dissolve the moment, often when abnormal grain growth occurs. The smaller the austenitized initial grain, the more inhomogeneous it is.
