无臭马拉硫磷原油及除臭剂对小鼠骨髓细胞微核率的影响

本文采用无臭马拉硫磷原油及其所添加的除臭剂—一种含氮的化合物,进行小白鼠骨髓细胞微核试验,观察多染红细胞(PCE)中的微核发生率。结果表明,80%LD_(50)剂量组的除臭剂引起雌、雄小白鼠骨髓细胞的微核率分别为7‰和6.2‰,与食油对照组比较,有显著意义(p<0.05)。40‰LD_(50)的除臭剂对雌、雄小白鼠的骨髓细胞微核率依次为4.6‰和4.4‰,与对照组比较,无显著性意义(p> In this paper, the use of foul-less malathion crude oil and its deodorant added - a nitrogen-containing compound, micronucleus test of bone marrow cells of mice to observe the incidence of micronuclei in polychromatic erythrocytes (PCE).
