本文采用无臭马拉硫磷原油及其所添加的除臭剂—一种含氮的化合物,进行小白鼠骨髓细胞微核试验,观察多染红细胞(PCE)中的微核发生率。结果表明,80%LD_(50)剂量组的除臭剂引起雌、雄小白鼠骨髓细胞的微核率分别为7‰和6.2‰,与食油对照组比较,有显著意义(p<0.05)。40‰LD_(50)的除臭剂对雌、雄小白鼠的骨髓细胞微核率依次为4.6‰和4.4‰,与对照组比较,无显著性意义(p>
In this paper, the use of foul-less malathion crude oil and its deodorant added - a nitrogen-containing compound, micronucleus test of bone marrow cells of mice to observe the incidence of micronuclei in polychromatic erythrocytes (PCE). The results showed that the micronuclei rates of bone marrow cells of female and male mice were 7 ‰ and 6.2 ‰, respectively, which were significantly lower than those of the control group (p <0.05).
