目的:研究医疗废物管理存在的问题以及影响因素。方法:通过监控我社区医院的感染情况,来分析导致医疗废物管理规范化的影响因素。结果:在医疗废物的管理的过程中废物的收集、包装、处理等不规范管理人员对废物处理的认识不足,通过相应的管理措施的落实本社区医院的医疗废物管理规范化完全符合要求。结论:在医疗废物管理过程中一定要全面分析存在的问题,并制定具有针对性的治理措施,保证医疗废物的处理规范性。 Objective: To study the problems existing in medical waste management and its influencing factors. Methods: By monitoring the prevalence of hospital infection in our community, we analyzed the factors that led to the standardization of medical waste management. Results: In the process of medical waste management, non-standard management staffs such as waste collection, packaging and disposal did not know enough about waste treatment. Through the implementation of corresponding management measures, the standardization of medical waste management in this community hospital fully met the requirements. Conclusion: In the process of medical waste management, we must make a comprehensive analysis of existing problems and formulate targeted management measures to ensure the standardization of medical waste treatment.
