12月2日,住房城乡建设部、财政部和国家发展改革委联合印发通知,提出从2014年起,各地公共租赁住房和廉租住房将并轨运行,并轨后统称为公共租赁住房。通知明确提出,从2014年起各地廉租住房(含购改租等方式筹集)建设计划调整并入公共租赁住房年度建设计划。2014年以前年度已列入廉租住房年度建设计划的在建项目可继续建设,建成后统一纳入公共租赁住房管理。
On December 2, the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, the Ministry of Finance and the National Development and Reform Commission jointly issued a circular stating that starting from 2014, public rental housing and low-rent housing will be merging with each other and will be collectively referred to as public rental housing. Notice clearly stated that from 2014 onwards around the low-rent housing (including the purchase of rent and other ways to raise) the construction plan to adjust into public rental housing annual construction plan. Construction projects under the annual construction plan of low-rent housing in 2014 before the end of the year can continue to be constructed and will be integrated into the management of public rental housing upon completion.
