目的:观察海枫藤水煎液对小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法:采用碳粒廓清法、2,4-二硝基氟苯(DNFB)诱导小鼠迟发型超敏反应法和正常小鼠免疫器官测定法。结果:海枫藤水煎液2.5 g/kg能明显降低碳粒廓清指数(K)和吞噬系数(a),抑制单核巨噬细胞的吞噬功能;10.0、5.0、2.5 g/kg均能显著降低小鼠耳廓肿胀度,抑制二硝基氟苯(DNFB)诱导的小鼠迟发型超敏反应;对正常小鼠的脾系数和胸腺系数无明显影响。结论:提示海枫藤水煎液对非特异性免疫和细胞免疫有抑制作用,而对正常小鼠的免疫器官系数无明显影响。
Objective: To observe the effects of Haifengtong Decoction on immune function in mice. Methods: The carbon clearance method, 2,4-dinitrofluorobenzene (DNFB) -induced delayed-type hypersensitivity in mice and normal mice immune organ assay. Results: 2.5 g / kg of Haifengtang decoction could significantly reduce the clearance index (K) and phagocytic coefficient (a) of monolayer macrophages and inhibit the phagocytosis of monocytes; 10.0, 5.0 and 2.5 g / kg Reduce the auricle swelling degree of mice and inhibit DNFB-induced delayed type hypersensitivity in mice; and have no significant effect on the spleen coefficient and thymus index of normal mice. Conclusion: It is suggested that Decoction of Haifengtong decoction can inhibit nonspecific immunity and cellular immunity, but has no obvious effect on immune organ coefficient of normal mice.
