民魂,人民国防的一种精神,这种精神能使国家强大,能使军队有靠山,人民得安宁。张元树就是认准这个真谛,在人们国防意识淡薄时,不懈地鼓与呼——民魂要崛起。——题记几年前,张元树在四川从事宣传工作时,就热心国防教育疗面的报道。他平均每年有七八个月时间深入部队和民兵中采访,从川北高原到大凉山地区,从川西平原到秦贵山区,都留下了他的足迹。他采写的国防报道达数百篇。仅一年时间在中央、省级报(台)发表专访、报道就有200余篇,多角度、多侧面阐述了国防在经济建设和国泰民安中的重要意义。
