目的分析评价湟源县执行结核病防治10年规划(2001-2010年)目标达成情况,总结结核病控制规划执行的成果、经验,提出结核病控制工作可持续发展建议。方法采用《全国结核病防治规划(2001-2010年)》终期评估实施中的调查表格和社会效益与经济效益评价方法,利用结核病管理信息系统收集患者发现、登记、治疗管理等相关数据,录入Epi Data 3.1软件,利用Excel进行数据统计分析。结果 10年规划执行期间DOTS覆盖率100.00%,10年共投入结核病防治专项经费70.2万元,共登记结核病患者818例,其中初治涂阳患者507例;共免费治疗活动性肺结核患者750例,新发凃阳患者507例,治愈455例,治愈率为89.74%。结论结核病10年规划的实施达到了高发现率和高治愈率的指标,结核病防治效果显著。
Objective To analyze and evaluate the achievement of the target of implementing the 10-year plan of tuberculosis prevention and control in Laiyuan County (2001-2010), summarize the achievements and experiences in the implementation of tuberculosis control program, and put forward the proposals for the sustainable development of tuberculosis control. Methods Using the questionnaire and social and economic evaluation methods in the final evaluation of the national tuberculosis prevention and control plan (2001-2010), the data of patient discovery, registration, treatment and management were collected using the TB management information system and the data of Epi Data 3.1 software, the use of Excel for data statistical analysis. Results 10-year DOTS coverage during the implementation of the plan 100.00%, 10 years invested a total of 702,000 yuan TB special funds for prevention and treatment, a total of 818 cases of tuberculosis patients were registered, of which 507 cases of newly diagnosed smear-positive patients; a total of 750 cases of active treatment of tuberculosis, New smear positive patients 507 cases, 455 cases were cured, the cure rate was 89.74%. Conclusion The implementation of the 10-year plan of tuberculosis has reached the target of high detection rate and high cure rate, and the tuberculosis prevention and treatment effect is remarkable.
