校园安全涉及千家万户,关乎国家未来。1996年,我国把每年3月的最后一个星期一规定为“中小学生安全教育日”。然而,目前我国中小学、幼儿园安全现状却不尽如人意,学生伤亡事件屡屡发生。据有关资料统计,威胁全国中小学生生命安全的有自然灾害、安全事故、环境污染和生态破坏事件、公共卫生事件、社会安全事件等,年均夺去1.6万中小学生的生命,平均每天有40多人,相当于每天有一个班的学生消失!数字是枯燥冰冷的,但它的背后却是一个个鲜活生命的消失。触目惊心
