成果简介:本技术以糠醛、氢气为主要原料,采用常压气相法工艺,在固定床反应器中,由糠醛催化加氢合成2-甲基呋喃。同现有工艺相比,本技术具有设备投资小,催化剂活性高,操作能耗低,产品收率高等优点,最终产品2-甲基呋喃的纯度≥99.5%,具有很强的竞争优势。
Brief introduction of the results: In this technology, furfural and hydrogen are used as main raw materials, and atmospheric pressure gas phase process is used to synthesize 2-methylfuran from furfural by catalytic hydrogenation in a fixed bed reactor. Compared with the prior art, the technology has the advantages of small equipment investment, high catalyst activity, low operation energy consumption and high product yield. The purity of the final product 2-methylfuran is over 99.5%, which has a strong competitive advantage.
