掺铝氧化锌纳米粉体的制备及其在抗静电聚酯中的应用

以二水合乙酸锌和九水合硝酸铝为原料,以氨水为沉淀剂,通过化学共沉淀法制备了掺铝氧化锌(AZO)纳米粉体,借助X射线衍射分析技术、热重分析和扫描电镜等测试手段对AZO粉体进行了物相和结构的表征,并利用数字源表对AZO粉体的电阻率进行了测试。将所制得的AZO粉体用于聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)中,表明掺有AZO的聚酯复合材料具有较好的抗静电性能。 Aluminum zinc oxide (AZO) nanopowders were prepared by chemical coprecipitation method using zinc acetate dihydrate and aluminum nitrate nonahydrate as raw materials and ammonia as precipitating agent. XRD, TG and SEM AZO powders were characterized by phase and structure measurements and other tests. The resistivity of AZO powders was tested by digital source. The obtained AZO powder was used in polyethylene terephthalate (PET), indicating that the AZO-doped polyester composite has better antistatic properties.
