本研究选择粉末高温合金为盘缘材料、变形高温合金为盘心材料,采用电子束焊接异种高温合金。电子束焊接后的焊缝区域不仅具有2种母材的结构特征(即粉末高温合金和变形高温合金的结构特征),而且焊缝区存在明显的铸造组织。2种高温合金材料电子束焊接后形成了组织特征鲜明的“粉冶-铸-锻”结构。并重点探讨了“粉冶-铸-锻”的变形行为及焊缝的组织演化规律。
In this study, powdery superalloy was chosen as the material of the rim, and the deformed superalloy was used as the material of the hub. The dissimilar superalloy was welded by electron beam. The weld zone after E-beam welding not only has the structural characteristics of two kinds of base metal (that is, the structural characteristics of the powder superalloys and deformed superalloys), but also the obvious casting structure in the weld zone. Two kinds of superalloy materials after the electron beam welding formed a distinctive feature of the “powder metallurgy - casting - forging” structure. The deformation behavior of “powder metallurgy - casting - forging ” and the microstructure evolution of the weld are also discussed.
