目的调查医院指纹考勤机污染状况和消毒方法。方法选取医院全部15台指纹考勤机,采用75%乙醇擦拭消毒,消毒前后进行采样检测。结果指纹考勤机细菌污染率为100%,共检出细菌152株。手术室细菌平均菌数最高,门诊、急救中心次之,行政办公区最低。消毒后细菌数低于消毒前。结论手污染是造成指纹考勤机污染的主要原因,应引起医院感染管理部门的重视。经75%酒精擦拭后,细菌数显著降低,达到合格标准。
Objective To investigate the pollution status and disinfection methods of fingerprint attendance machines in hospitals. Methods All the 15 fingerprint attendance machines in the hospital were selected and cleaned with 75% ethanol, and sampled before and after disinfection. Results Fingerprint attendance machine bacterial contamination rate was 100%, a total of 152 strains of bacteria were detected. The average number of bacteria in the operating room was the highest, followed by the outpatient and emergency centers and the lowest in administrative offices. Bacteria after disinfection is lower than before disinfection. Conclusion Hand contamination is the main reason for the fingerprint attendance machine pollution and should attract the attention of the hospital infection management department. After 75% alcohol wipe, the number of bacteria significantly reduced to meet the eligibility criteria.
