目的应用2012年中央转移支付项目资金,在新疆霍城县开展人间布鲁氏菌病疫情监测,了解人间布鲁氏菌病疫情形势。方法 2013年3月20日—12月20日对重点职业人群进行流行病学调查和分析,用试管凝集试验检测人群血液中布鲁氏菌抗体效价。结果调查1 381人,采集血清1 381份,阳性284份,阳性率20.56%;患病284人,患病率20.56%;新发患者284例,发病率7.39/万。结论霍城县人间布鲁氏菌病疫情形势严峻,需加强布鲁氏菌病防治知识的宣传、监测和防控。
Objective To monitor the epidemic situation of human brucellosis in Huocheng County, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, using the funds of the 2012 Central Transfer Payment project to understand the epidemic situation of human brucellosis. Methods From March 20 to December 20, 2013, the epidemiological investigation and analysis of key occupational groups were conducted. The blood test tube agglutination test was used to detect the titer of brucella antibodies in the blood of the population. Results A total of 1 381 samples were collected and 284 were positive.
