2016年11月25日,由中国美术家协会美术教育委员会、四川美术学院、重庆市教研科学研究院、重庆课堂内外杂志有限责任公司联合主办,百余名国际、国内美术教育专家和一线美育工作者积极参加的“静待花开——第三届中国西部基础美术教育论坛”在四川美术学院成功举办。本届论坛以探索新形势下基础美术教育的发展趋势及提升教师专业能力为核心内容,围绕“中西方基础美术教育比较”“基于地域文化资源的西部基础美术教育”“优质美术教育资源的分配”“西部美术师资的现状与培养模式的改善”“现代教育技术与学校美育实践创新”五个主题,参会嘉宾进行了研讨。
